Annual Teachers' Team Building 2025

Hi there! Today is Wednesday, April 9,2025. It is a holiday in our country , Araw Ng Kagitingan or in English, Day of Valor. We are giving honor on the day when our Filipino Heroes fight for our country.

Since it is our holiday, we use the time for our summer team building. This includes our teaching and non-teaching staff of 53 in heads. It is held in the nearest beach resort, The Vaño beach. All the expenses were covered from our school canteen income.

We arrived at 9 in the morning. But we started at 10am because we waited our principal to come.

We started the program with prayer. Then the faculty president open a welcome address for everyone. Then followed by assistant and principal 's time.

Then we had an attendance presentation per grade level. The Emcee called per grade level and performed a short dance presentation. We have been given a Tupperware souvenirs and I like it.

When 11:30 strikes, we started eating lunch. I have enjoyed eating my favorite lechon baboy or the grilled whole pig. These are the foods on the table;

• Lechon baboy
• Vegetable lumpia
• Pansit Bam-e
• Grilled Fish
• Fried chicken
• Bana and watermelon

There are also soft drinks and ice cream. I have planned a diet but when I saw these yummy foods, I delayed my diet.

After 1 hour of break, we started the games. Every grade level must have representatives. The prizes were chichiria or junk foods. These are the games;

• The longest race
  There were 5 members per group. Anything that we bring will be line up and the longest line is the winner. The winner is the grade 1 teachers.

• Money Dance
  Every coin or bill has an action. They will follow the emcees instructions, and the winner is the grade 2.

• Island game
  The cardboard serves as the island. Each member will stand on the cardboard until the finish line. The winners are the kinder teachers.

We enjoyed the games. I became tired but happy. Laughter's like children. We have this activity because the next day will be full of school activities.

After the game, everyone is excited to go swimming. This has been my diary game today. I am inviting @chant @kyrie1244 to write your diary game, too.
