Attending a meeting with residents at the village hall is one form of my devotion and responsibility as part of the Gampong Blang community. The meeting held this morning has an important agenda, namely the formation of the Red and White Village Cooperative Team, an initiative born from the spirit of togetherness to improve the economic welfare of residents.

The meeting atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and familial. The residents who attended consisted of various elements of society, religious leaders, youth leaders, PKK mothers, representatives of farmers, traders and even our village officials. Each representative was given the opportunity to convey their ideas, input and hopes for the existence of cooperatives not just as savings and loan institutions, but as a tool for economic empowerment that is managed transparently and fairly.

The process of forming the team began with open and democratic nominations. The election committee had been formed beforehand, so that the meeting remained structured. Several names were proposed and after deliberation, the village cooperative team was finally elected, consisting of a chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer and field members as needed. They are figures who are trusted by residents to manage this cooperative with full responsibility.

All meeting participants agreed that the red and white cooperative would operate in various economic sectors, from agriculture, trade to savings and loans. The goal is for the village economy to run well and residents can be helped in managing small businesses and other urgent needs.

I feel proud and happy to be part of this important process. Hopefully the cooperative that will be formed can run smoothly, be managed professionally, and provide a positive impact for all of our village communities. The spirit of mutual cooperation and deliberation reflected in today's meeting is real evidence that when the community is united, anything can be realized for mutual progress.
