Today is one of those days that is so pleasant and full of freshness. Since morning the air around the rice fields feels so cool and refreshing. The clear sky and gentle breeze add to my spirit to enjoy a calm and meaningful day. I immediately went to visit the guava tree that grows well not far from the rice field embankment, a place I often visit when I want to find peace.

Alhamdulillah, the guava tree is bearing abundant fruit. The red guavas hanging among the leaves look ripe and fresh. I slowly start to pick the ripe guavas one by one. It feels so good to be able to harvest fruit from the tree that I have been caring for. Moreover, the fruit is sweet, fragrant and healthy when bitten. This moment reminds me of my childhood, when picking fruit directly from the tree was always a pleasure in itself.

Not far from the harvest site, there was my faithful pet monkey waiting. He seemed to know that today I would bring his favorite food. I immediately took some red guavas and approached him. He enthusiastically welcomed and immediately ate the guava fruit with gusto. His cute and innocent behavior made me laugh to myself. Seeing him enjoying the fruit I gave him, made my tiredness and fatigue disappear instantly.

My pet monkey really loves fruits, especially red guava. Every time I come to the rice field and bring fruit, he always appears and sits sweetly waiting. Our relationship feels so close, as if we have become playmates who understand each other. Today, besides the guava harvest, I also feel grateful to be able to share a simple but meaningful moment with him again.

The afternoon began to arrive and I prepared to go home with some guavas for my family at home. This simple day near the rice fields had brought extraordinary happiness. Being with nature and pets was a reminder that true happiness often comes from the simplest things.
