My ideal job is brand influencing and below, I have written a question and answer session that can help you know more about my ideal profession.

What is Brand Influencing?

Brand Influencing is the activity of promoting the marketing status of a brand's product or services using your socialmedia as a tool.

What is the most required criterion for this career?

The most important stepping stone to brand influencing is the ownership of a great socialmedia page. In other words, you must be a celebrity. You must be a public figure. You page must have a high number of followers and an appreciable number of views so that by the time you make one promotional content about the product you're working with, many people will get to see it and the brand can have more customers.

In what way have you walked towards achieving this goal of yours?

My goal is to be a renowned influencer before the age of 25. To begin with, I have two socialmedia pages already. One is Tiktok and the other is Instagram. The pictures are below. I have very low engagements currently and that's owed to the fact that, I just began, and I'm inconsistent because of my academic obligations as a high school student. Besides, after high school, I'll open accounts on all other relevant socialmedia including Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat among others.

The plan is to get myself a ringlight, a lavalier microphone and an iPhone after my high school education. I don't want those now so I don't get distracted. The three capital materials I mentioned will be important for me to make high quality videos and get the desired engagements.

The ringlight will illuminate my videos. The lavalier Microphone will make me more audible and my voice, clear. The iPhone will ensure that the camera resolution is sharp and not blurry.

What about brand influencing piqued your interest?

Everything. To be a brand influencer, you must be a public figure. Being a celebrity has always been my dream so I'm taking a path that will help me achieve it. Besides, the kind of labour required(active socialmedia involvements and making posts consistently) is more of a hobby to me than a duty.

I feel like brand influencing will suit me greatly.

Do you have a role model in the field? If yes, tell us about her.

Yes, I have a role model. Her name is Priscilla Mkambala. She is a 24 year old Nigerian influencer. She is a big inspiration to me. Her Instagram page has about 3.7 million followers. Shortly after her marriage in March this year, she signed an endorsement deal with Itel, an international automobile company.

She's quite young and has achieved a lot. This is a great assurance for me that I can be better and more.
