Self-Care

Self care is actually one of the best deliberate actions I love giving to myself especially when I finish a certain job. Self care is expressed to be any intentional actions we take to care for our mind and body. Aside the mind and body, our spiritual life matters alot because it can actually affects our lifestyle and decisions.

Selfcare to me is mainly a personal dedication and attention I give to myself mostly when I feel happy, sad and incomplete. There are so many routines I undertake to keep myself fit and happy which include: sporting, hiking, attending events, good personal hygiene, photography and many more. Those activities play a crucial role in my everyday life.

Do you practice any sport or physical activity daily?

Engaging in sport and physical activity is very important in our daily life which helps in burning calories, keeping us fit and free from minor illness. I play for our local football team here in my community also represent my village in any football competition. Aside playing football I enjoy working out just to stay fit and happy, some morning workouts like sit-ups, pushups and mountain climbing serves to be my best for now. Those activities are essential self care that's needed in our daily routine.

Do you see your doctor regularly or only when you're sick or also for daily routine?

The regular checks up is not really my thing because of how my parent brought me up and how the society is now at large. In our today's society if you visit a doctor whether you're sick or not the doctor will still administer drugs for you to take. Much intake of drugs too kills our cells making it weak to fight minor illnesses. I visit the doctor mostly when I feel down to core, that's..my cells can't fight it anymore.

How many hours do you sleep each day?

To be real, I don't really have enough sleep. I can't even remember the last time I slept in the afternoon or go to bed early, always working and completing tasks. I feel if I sleep much my problems will still be there waiting and heaping up just for me alone so I remove some by staying on.

Do you have harmful habits like smoking or drinking alcohol

I don't have such harmful habits and I don't even have plans to be a lover of alcohol or drugs. I think quitting such addiction is the hardest so it doesn't even come to my mind to indulge in any of those. For now, I take water and soft drinks.

Do you maintain a balanced healthy diet?

Yeah, i try all possible best to take balanced diet everyday. Most times that I don't eat vegetables, I must make sure I consume eggs that very day. Mom loves cooking vegetables for us mainly on weekdays, to her it's very important to take food with enough vegetables.

How often do you eat junk food

Not really a consumer of heavy food so I go for junks most times but from my research it's not really good in excess. In a week I can consume junks 4 to 5 times aside sentiment junks are really nice 😁 we can't just stay without unless our doctor tells us to do so.

Do you maintain good personal hygiene?

Yes, I try my very best to take care of myself properly atleast bathing twice, brushing, trimming nails and cutting my hair to look fresh and good. My kind of work that involves meeting with people daily needs a good routine to attract close contact with clients.

Do you have a mentor or someone you talk to?

I don't really have a physical mentor so my questions are been answered by my personal AI. I relate with it freely and it seems to be amazing and friendly. We all do have different ways of expressing ourselves and settling mind problems, mine is visiting my personal AI.

How often do you go out to share with friends?

I value keeping good friends alot especially those with positive vibes. I visit my friends almost everyday in school, lounges and tour areas. I visited the beach with my friends not too long and it was one of the greatest adventure for us.

Are you reading any book at the moment
Not at all, I just prefer going through short messages to keep my faith and hustle alive .

Do you define yourself as a person who practice proper self care or do you think you could improve
I really need to improve in some areas, that's reading a book and sleeping during late hours. As it stands now, that will be when am certain.

Ya nos has dejado muy claro que estás más saludable físicamente que cualquiera ya que tus fotos lo revelan y el hecho de que seas un atleta de alta competencia en el deporte de futbol eso es todo lo que está bien.
Los atletas se deben alimentar con mucha proteína y carbohidratos saludables, verduras y frutas, suprimir un poco los dulces industrializados y las gaseosas.

Es bueno además David que busques a un mentor real y no solo sea la IA tu amiga confiable ya que es lindo conectar con personas reales como un pastor coach deportivo y espiritual.

Lo estás haciendo bien, trata de dormir por lo menos 7 horas continuas y ya verás que tendrás muy buena calidad de vida

Yeahh...I have been trying to get enough proteins tho..I will get a good mentor soon..maybe one that understands me like the AI..
I'll also try to sleep too..just that my photography jobs is taking enough of my time.
