Assalam-o-Alaikum,

Today, I am going to discuss about food group related to meat group which is rich in protein. Chicken is a very commonly eaten meat. It is also type of white meat. Chicken is also good source of vitamins and minerals like that vitamin B6 and B3 etc.

Chicken helps to maintain blood sugar levels for his high protein and fiber. It is very easy to cook and can be used in many dishes. Its proper use is part of a balanced diet. But if its use is increased, it can also prove harmful.
