The Power Of The Unseen: Believing Beyond Sight

in Project HOPE7 days ago

The world we live in is almost being driven by evidence, gratification, and visible results, that it may look insane believing what you cannot see or feel. However, what a lot of people may not know is that throughout history, a lot of mind-blowing things, massive breakthroughs, and transformations are birthed from the things unseen. The world is not limited to only what you can see, there are still things beyond the observable and perceptible world. As a matter of fact, the unseen realm has so much influence that it can control what you can see. This is why, your vision, purpose, idea, and inspiration may not be seen, but the impact it can make on lives will not be denied.

It is worthy to note that there are things that you can neither see nor explain, yet you cannot deny their impact. If you live for only what you can see, then you are very limited. True purpose starts from what is conceived in the mind, which may not be seen, until it becomes evident. The truth is, that others do not see what you can, does not mean that you are not making progress. Before a tree grows from the ground, there are phases it has to go through in the ground which no one might see. The pre-germination, then the sprouting. Before you can see it, it has already undergone series of work. In the same way in life, your efforts may not be seen, but the results would, without question, be undeniable.

Believing in the unseen does not mean progressing in futility, rather it is the assurance that what you hoped for will be actualized, and this will give you the zeal to keep pressing on. Even if the situation may look bleak, and it looks like a lot of things are making the odds against you, or you feel like nothing is happening in the direction you intend it to, the power to hope in the unseen gives you the strength to keep moving forward. Your hope can also be strengthened by the fact that "the little drop of water may look negligibly small, but over time, it will make a mighty river." Trust me, your efforts are not futile and they are not wasted, just keep at it.

If you take a look at some very successful people that you know, especially the ones you admire, you will understand that, even before their success became visible for all to see, they were able to hold on to their vision. Take the Wright Brothers as instance. Ever before they put metals to fly, they always had the idea to create a flying machine. Even when almost everyone doubted them, including the president of the Royal Society of Scientists, they held on to their vision. They later invented the airplane. If you have hope in only the seen, then you are very limited, and you may not see the world of the unseen. It is when you believe in the occurrence of the unseen that you will create something magical.

You need to also understand that believing in the unseen or in what has not been conceived yet, is not being blinded to reality. Rather, it is about looking and seeing beyond it. It is also knowing that where you are now, which you can see, is not your final destination. There is still a realm that you need to look beyond your natural eyes to see. In order to achieve greatness, you do not have to rely solely on your senses and what you can observe, you have to carry your mind along. Once you believe that something is possible and you have conceived it in your mind, then give it a shot and you will be surprised the possibility you will unlock by that singular step.

In order to believe beyond the unseen and attempt to do the seemingly unthinkable, you need a higher level of confidence and courage. The kind of courage that will dare the impossible, and do what no one has ever done. Everything of value that you see today once began that same way - someone moved to do what no one has ever done and they broke through in it. It is the power of the unseen that makes one to find new paths, to set a unique pace, and to blaze new trails.
