Since yesterday the price action of the main cryptocurrencies by market capitalization has remained practically static if we take into account that at the time of writing this article the percentage change stands at 0.0% in the last 24 hours.

Now beyond the fact that the price action of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies has remained practically static in the last 24 hours, today there were pronouncements in favor of cryptocurrencies, I say this because the Bolivian government plans to reverse decisions taken against cryptocurrencies.

In this sense, and following the thematic line of the article published by Glenda González, social communicator with a Master in Business Management and columnist of "CriptoNoticias", who highlighted that "With a proposal to eliminate the prohibitions that exist in Bolivia for the use of bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies, the deputy Mariela Baldivieso, of the political party Comunidad Ciudadana (CC), calls on the authorities, members of the country's ecosystem and the general public to join together to generate changes in the legislation.

According to Gonzalez, "What the proposal seeks is to legalize in some way the use of cryptocurrencies, through the development of specific rules that apply to digital assets. The idea is that, with these new guidelines, the prohibition in force due to decisions made several years ago by the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) can be reversed".

It has also been indicated that "The initial step will be to convene the authorities. Representatives of the public and private sector and experts in the cryptocurrency sector are also invited to join "the working table aimed at boosting the Web3 ecosystem in Bolivia."

Let's hope that news like this will somehow capitalize movements in favor of the economic and financial stability of the cryptocurrency market.
