Effective Mentors In Business Organisation

in Project HOPE5 years ago

Every organisation requires different experts to perform their respective roles regardless of how small the roles may be.

Even the smallest role of a customer service will make a great difference if there is no one there to manage the customers.

Mentoring is the process of guiding the newcomers to ensure that they are familiar with the job scope by the current job holders.

Everyone can guide but not everyone can be a good mentor.

There are some common qualities that we often see effective mentors have.

In conclusion

Good mentors are selfless and they guide their mentees so that they can effectively take over their roles in future.

They must feel proud of their mentees that they are doing well or even better than them without the heart of jealousy.

A person who is genuinely nurturing to build others.

Steem needs mentoring too from whales or ocra, the community PH is a kind of mentoring to new members.

Not every whale can be a good mentor as most whales may have achieved their status simply by putting money and powering up. Their mentorship may not necessary be very useful except to support you with their upvotes. Good mentorship needs lots of guidance. I do agree that PH does have a certain degree of mentorship especially with members providing feedback for posts.

Every organizational setting requires mentorship if of course the good work in existence would be continued.

Yes. Good mentorship is required regardless of the type of occupation.
