The reality of the EDUCATIONAL SECTOR a few hours away from its REACTIVATION.

The educational activity at the basic and diversified level is just a few hours away from resuming its activities and is marked by multiple negative factors and difficulties that will have their patterns very quickly. The teaching staff, i.e. teachers continue to receive a poor and sad salary that every day becomes more insufficient to cover their basic needs of food, clothing, medical and accommodation to name a few.

On the other hand, the infrastructure crisis does not escape from reality, classrooms without electricity, without air conditioning, dirty walls, without blackboards, desks in bad condition, all this product of years of neglect and vandalism due to the same economic crisis that the country is going through.

However, in spite of everything described above, the beginning of classes is given the appearance of a non-existent normality for many in the interior of the country, since the reality of the capital is not the same, since the efforts to make people see another reality make the publicity of refurbishments, paintings, modifications in the school generate a different vision when it is not.

On the other hand, the condition of a new modality of classes called multimodal, where the traditional education, that is to say, face to face, is shared with a virtual aspect, all of them raised from the pandemic, where the education can be from the same sofa or bed of your home and where the teachers and professors share their time with virtual classes and works to be able to subsist.

This leads to a very deep reflection where parents must be guarantors of their children are receiving the necessary knowledge, deep, developed and updated for when it is their turn to face the labor market, otherwise they will be professionals who will find it very difficult to enter the labor market.

It should also be noted that wrong economic decisions, existing political games, power struggles do not contribute anything to the reality of a country and its education, this being one of the fundamental pillars for the development and transformation of societies.
