Number 1 Drink as much water as possible, drink at least three to four liters of water throughout the day. You will be surprised to know that our blood is mostly water, research has also found that those who do not drink a lot of water experience anemia. Now since our body is mostly water, if you do not drink the right amount of water, how will your body absorb water and transform it into blood. As a result, the blood volume in your body will automatically decrease and various diseases will arise in your body. Number 2 No matter what happens, do 30 minutes of physical exercise every day for 24 hours, you will never hear that an athlete's body is deficient in blood or a runner's body is deficient in blood. The biggest reason for this is that when you exercise, your body's blood circulation becomes much faster and the more blood circulation you have in your body, the faster your blood production process will be. 30 minutes is not a big deal. If you give your body just 30 minutes every day and do any kind of physical exercise, you will always be healthy. If you have good health and your brain works well, what could be better than that?
