Are we really free?
Assalamu Alaikum
How are you? By Allah's grace, I'm doing very well.
Today we will discuss free will, I will explain to those who do not know, suppose you went to a cafe and there both tea and coffee are available and then you ordered tea between tea and coffee and this is your free will no one forced you to drink tea. Here you ordered tea with your completely independent thought, it was your completely free will but here comes determinism. Now I will explain to those who do not understand determinism, what you are choosing is not what you are choosing by yourself. It sounds a little strange but this is the fact, for example, suppose you are in a cafe and you ordered tea between tea and coffee, maybe you ordered tea because you have been drinking tea before. If I tell you straight away then your fast experiences, Biology reasons control your choices and you cannot understand this matter, you become ignorant.
Now let us compare what we have said so far in our daily life, are they right or wrong? Are all the decisions we make in our daily life really our decisions or do those decisions depend on our past lives or our upbringing or depend on the social system? For example, if we decide to be an honest and good person all our life, did we make this decision ourselves or did we copy the nature of the parents who raised us? If we are in a good environment from childhood, then naturally the behavior of that environment will start developing in us. Now you think where is our free will here? Because of free will, we can make decisions, but because of determinism, we know that our decisions are influenced by some things that are completely out of our control. We can make decisions freely, but we have to take responsibility for the consequences of those decisions, it is important to have balance in our life. Free will gives us the power to make decisions, but on the other hand, determinism reminds us that the decisions we are making were never in our hands.
Today's discussion concludes here. I hope you've found it interesting. Please share your thoughts on today's topic. Prayers for everyone. May everyone be well. Amen.

Actually the issue is we always think we are free but we are not really free. We need to keep fighting and fighting till we are free I must confess. The issue is we did not realise it
