How to stay positive when things are bad.
The choice to remain positive through a rough situation is a very tough choice to make, there are periods when life is trying to deal with us and in situations like that, we may feel helpless and completely hopeless.
However, the only thing that can sustain us through these rough seasons is our ability to remain positive and hopeful until we find a way through them. This makes it extremely important for us to find ways to hold on to our faith and remain positive regardless of the tough storms that life throws at us, this post aims to help us realize some of the techniques we could apply in remaining positive regardless of how difficult the situation is.

• Surround yourself with positive people, at a period like this, is when you need to be around people who genuinely care about you more, people who would try all they can to contribute to your happiness and your well-being. You need to share your feelings and opinions frequently as well during a time like this one and the set of people around you are those you would want to share your opinion with, this means you need positive-minded people around to help you reason better and achieve better things.
• Constantly remind yourself of the good times, while things may appear extremely difficult at the moment, there are days when things may have been very nice too, take time to reflect on the good days and stay thankful for the good moments. Thinking about the good days instead of the bad days would guarantee a good reason to smile and remain happy instead of constantly thinking about those days when things are not good.
• Think about the solution instead of problems, allow your mind to ponder on the things you can do to make things work well again, and think about a business idea or a job you could pick up, people usually share breakthrough stories from the things they choose to do during their most difficult moments in life, have a deep reflection over what you can do and put in the best of your energy to make it work, I believe that when so much energy is channeled towards work, there will be less time to waste getting worried or thinking about situations you have no control over.
• Get enough rest, you may get yourself too worried that you find it difficult to rest and it will eventually tell on your health and make you sick, having health problems mixed with the problem you are going through is not a good one, get rest as much as you can.

All this about assuming with a positive vision the situations that are usually complicated depends basically on the emotional management. In turn, it also depends on the expectations that we have of our life and how the plans are going to be given.
Maturity is also involved in this to assume with good disposition the difficult situations.
Maturity is greatly important, it surely takes a matured mind to stay positive even when events are not looking so good.
This is such a powerful message. When I am passing through alot all I do is take a good rest and focus on how to come out of the issue. Don't over think because it can affect ur health badly.
