Why Carbonated Drinks Are Silent Killers of Your Health

If there is something I have come to discover in my society, it is the fact that there have been a rapid rise of consumption of carbonated drinks in every homes. Some take it in their homes, some take it in parties and even some take it in their daily routines. We have different types of carbonated drinks and different types of brands. Majorly the most popular in my society are coca cola, pepsi and Fanta. Of course there are also lots of them. Carbonated Drinks always have this ability to offer that refreshing feeling when you take a bottle of the drink couple with the fact that it is very sweet.

But even in the midst of all these, many of us are not aware that carbonated drinks are really destroying our health system. Carbonated Drinks are causing negative effects in our body system. The most unfortunate think is that those carbonated drinks negative effects will not manifest instantly but as time goes on, we will discover they have been silent killers all the while but we were not aware of.

Let me start by analysing why Carbonated Drinks are really dangerous for our body system. The first is every carbonated drinks are loaded with heavy dose of sugar and if you are a health student, you will agree with me that your body system hate too much sugar intake. I was also a lover of carbonated drinks several years ago not until I discovered I was doing more harm than good in my body system. In fact, carbonated drinks like Coca cola according to my research, I found out that it contains around 10 teaspoons of sugar, that is too much.

When you allow excess sugar to enter your body system, trust me it will have negative effects. These are the reason why some of us suffer from obesity, heart issues, type 2 diabetes and many more after many years. Why? Because we take in excess sugar. Always remember that health is wealth. If there is something I have come to discover about this carbonated drinks, they are not necessarily going to start killing you instantly. What I mean is you might not really see the negative effect instantly, but as time goes on, you will begin to see the side effects and by that time, it might have been too late.

Well it is not even only that aspect that the carbonated drinks always affect. Even medically, it has been discovered that carbonated drinks damages our teeth and weakens us as time goes on. Yes carbonated drinks always weak our bones at the end of the day. All of these things can result to low quality of life for us most especially during the old age. Instead of taking substances no matter how sweet those carbonated drinks are, for your health, why not abstain from it. The earlier the better it will be.

Now I am not saying you should not take any drinks at all. Of course that will not be possible. All I am trying to establish is run from those carbonated drinks and start taking nutritional drinks. The last time I actually checked, there are some drinks that are nutritional in nature. The last time I checked carbonated drinks, they did not have anything to offer positively to our body system. It is just empty drinks that are sweet. Most of the time, it is the sweetness that tempt people to be addicted to it. You can take more nutritional drinks instead of carbonated drinks. The earlier you start practicing it, the better it will be for your body system.
