There is actually something I have come to notice that, little issues we should have pay attention to actually affect us at the end of the day. In fact, sometimes we are aware of some informations but we hardly pay attention to them because we always think it is not something big. This is applicable to every aspect of our lives including the health aspect.

There are something's that we did not even pay attention to regarding our health and which goes a long way to determine the positive or negative state of our health. So many of the time, we have heard about the danger of consuming too much of sugar. Some of us ignore the precaution and at the end of the day, it affect our health negatively and sometimes some of us even want to start the journey to reduce the consumption of our sugary content but we can't.

I was wondering and meditating on what we happen to our body system if we all decided to remove sugar to our diet or let me say reduce drastically how we consume sugar for 30 days. Making some health related research, I came up with an amazing Discovery which I would like to share with us today. If you actually want to start a 30 days journey to reduce your sugar intake. The first thing you need to do is to work on your mindset.

The first week which you will be dealing with your withdrawal form sugar foods and generally starving your craving for sugary stuff most especially if you are the type that love sugary foods. Because your body system is not yet used to it, the sudden withdrawal for the first week will or might give you strong cravings, might even give you headache sometimes. But trust me, you will be able to skip through that phase.

The second week, you will start noticing improvements most especially in the aspect of your mental clarity and your energy levels. Why will this happen, for the fact that you stay away from sugary content upto the second week, your blood sugar level will begin to adjust and you will start feeling more energetic. This will help to improve how your brain performs.

If you are still consistent and you keep it going up to the third week, you will start noticing good changes most especially in the aspect of your physical appearance. You will start noticing weight loss because of your abstain from sugar. Many of us did not know that the more you consume sugar, the more it increases your body weight and that is why one must run away from it. By the third week, you will start noticing that your skin will start getting so fresh and looking healthier.

Before you get to week 4, you will have actually grown much more beyond what you can ever imagine. By week 4, your immune system will have been so boosted and increased. And this will help to prevent you from some chronic diseases. As many of us know, diabetes is caused because of high sugar level and other diseases like blood pressure. You will generally be living healthy.

The issue is the difficulty many of us always face is the starting or the consistency. So many of the time, we are aware of the danger of high sugar level for our health and even sometimes we usually start but at the end of the day, we stopped because we are not really consistent. This always affect us greatly. But if you are actually able to master the consistency and you keep going, it will profit you at the long run.
