Can Stress Actually Kill You? Here’s What Science Says
We actually live in a world whereby due to the during bubble and demand of the schedule all around us, it is looking likely day by day, responsible is increasing. In the midst of actually attending to lots of responsibilities coming from life, society, family and many more, we will at one point encounter stress. Whether we like it or not, stress can not be avoided. At one point, we will be stressed out.
But recently, there have been a growing debate and which is can stress actually kill you?. You see it might look and sound somehow to funny of us. How will stress kill? For many of us, all we just believe about stress is tiredness and we should have some quality rest and then we will recover. But well from my experience, I have discovered it is not actually true. From research also, it has been proven that stress always have a strong connection with our health. That is why most of the time, when we are stressed out, our health is somehow affected directly or indirectly.
Of course also, when it comes to stress, we should understand that it is in levels. We have the basic stress that we usually face daily and we have the chronic stress. When it comes to the stage of chronic stress, it begins to affect our body and mind. In fact, from the research I made, I have discovered that medically, when you have chronic stress, it affect your heart health, affect your immune system and many more.
Many of us have always hear about cases of heart disease and generally stroke but we hardly know the cause. Stress have been proven to be one of the major causes of diseases related to CardioVascular. When we perpetually experience chronic stress, it leads to issues like hypertension, heart attacks and strokes and most of the time, it leads to death. Not only that, stress can reduce the efficiency of how the immune system performs.
Now back to the question from the topic. Can one die from stress alone. Of course very true. It might not be the basic stress that we usually encounter when we engaged in a whole lot of activities. But when it leads to chronic stress, it can leads to serious issues that can leads to death..I have heard of cases of people who slump, have heart seizure, high blood pressure that claim their life's because they didn't give attention to their health. One thing I have also noticed about stress is the fact that you might not see the side effect manifesting instantly.
Everyone of us, whether we like it or not, we need to constantly subject ourselves to stress management most especially because of the type of society we presently live in that demands a whole lot from us. Many of us, at the expense of attending to lots of activities and responsibilities coming to us, we encountered chronic stress which sometimes are endangering us.
