Are You Breathing Wrong? The Science of Proper Breathing
There are actually some certain things that we should not really joke with in our life. The earlier it is, the better it is actually for us. If there is something nature gives everyone of us as a symptom of living things, it is our breathing. Breathing which involves inhaling and exhaling out in intervals of seconds but it is even a pity that many of us are breathing wrong and we might not even know.
I was also in that shoe. I came across this topic few days ago about breathing wrong and I decided to dig deep to make some research on it and I actually discovered that it might be true. The most unfortunate thing is that when we breath wrong, it affects every section of our health that we might not even be aware of later on.
Let me start from how breathing really works. From our elementary science studies, when we breathe, it involves two processes. We take in oxygen which actually sustained and regulate that activities that goes on in our body system and we breath our carbon dioxide. When we breath, a whole lot of organ system is involved such as our lungs, our diaphragm and even our chest muscles. All of these organs and body parts are involved in the breathing state.
Recently, for many of us including I personally, due to lots of lifestyle that many of us subject ourselves to. So many of us are suffering from either stress, suffering from personal habits, and a whole lot of choking schedule. In fact due to bad posture that many of us have master either from social media, friends or because of fashion, it is already affecting the way we breath. This has been leading to our breathing not to function properly as before again.
Someone reading this will ask me, what is the consequences of improper breathing. There is a whole lot of side effects that happens to you when you are not able to breath properly. The most unfortunate thing is those side effects will not manifest instantly until after many years later. If can leads high blood pressure, it can leads to struggle in the place of sleep and can affect our immune system. Like I said, all these side effects will not manifest instantly. High blood pressure will not manifest instantly until after many years later and by that time, it is always late and that is why we should work on our health and breathing condition.
Now back to the last part of this post, what can you possibly do to increase your breathing state and make it proper. You can start engaging in activities like yoga and even deep meditation. Breathing in and breathing out exercise can help. There are some breathing exercise that many of us are not familiar with which actually help to aid breathing effectively. Not only that, if you actually want to work on your breathing state, it first of us start by you having that inner consciousness and inner witness that you need to work on yourself.
You can also pay attention to your posture. Like I actually said earlier. A lot of posture affects our breathing state that many of us is not aware of. Postures involving walking, sitting or even sleeping. All these postures affect our breathing condition and that is why we must be intentionally on working on our posture. We must always have the right posture. Also try to reduce your stress probability and this work by paying attention to the daily activities you engage into. Make sure that you pay close attention to your health and generally the type of quality sleep you expose to daily.
For me, the earlier we understand that there is so much power that lies in our breathing state, the earlier it will be for us. So many of us are presently suffering from issues that we are facing now is because we are ignorant of some certain things we should have pay attention to. The earlier for us, the better for us. That particular breathing issue you are facing right now, you can definitely be free from it.
