The press release is from Rutger University in New Jersey in the United States, it is a bit shocking with the title "a huge molecular cloud invisible for a long time is discovered near the solar system", the truth is close to the Earth, but in reality we should take the solar system as a reference, this press release is because the international team of scientists was led by an astrophysicist from Rotgers University who have discovered this new molecular cloud with a potential for star formation, that is, stars can form within this cloud.

It is relatively close, we are talking about a molecular cloud that is about 300 light years away, which is quite a lot, but we can understand that it is within our neighborhood within our own galaxy, the Milky Way would be our cosmic neighborhood, the interesting thing is that this cloud is one of the largest individual structures in the sky and if it could be seen with the naked eye, it cannot be seen with the naked eye, that is, you cannot go out on the street and see it as they said in some media, also because of the press release of the university, because they put an illustration with a bright cloud in the sky but anyway.

Now I see the data of 40 moons wide with a mass of about 3,400 times greater than that of the Sun, in theory they could be manufactured in this molecular cloud 3,400 solar systems because the Sun, although it has the greatest mass of the entire solar system, 3,400 suns could be manufactured with this molecular cloud.

Unfortunately it will not be forever, the team of researchers says that this molecular cloud will end up dissolving in about 6 million years, so it will be a good element to study how this type of clouds, of which there are many in the galaxy, end up collapsing to create stars or on the contrary they end up diluting and evaporating, it is apparently evaporating, it is a shame that stars are not created.
