[Poem] Uncaged

The caged bird longs for the open sky,
To feel the sun on its feathered back, to fly.
Beyond the bars, a world so vast and wide,
Where dreams take flight, and worries can't reside.

Freedom whispers on the wind's soft sigh,
A melody of hope that lifts the spirit high.
To sing its song, a symphony unbound,
A voice that echoes on untrodden ground.

With every beat of a hopeful wing,
The caged bird yearns for the joy it can bring.
To break the chains, and soar without a doubt,
Freedom's embrace, what life is all about.
