There are photos I've taken that I can't quite discard, as I find them interesting, despite their low quality. This happened to me with this group, where I couldn't achieve the best sharpness, resulting in photos with poor detail definition. Despite the fact that the shot, in this case of the back of a flower, caught my attention due to its shape and arrangement.

| Thanks to this contest, I decided to give these intensely red begonia flowers a try. The way their petals are arranged, and the formations on the back, caught my attention. And I heard some whispers in the middle of the night. "What if I use blue to highlight the red?" —I said to myself—. |

| Blue is a color classified in the cool color spectrum, not only in terms of temperature, but also in the emotional spectrum; some feelings and emotions can be associated with this color, for example, sadness and lack of emotional expression. Red appears at the other end of the spectrum: warm, fiery, passionate colors. What can be obtained when you put them together? |

| Well, I went to Lightroom and started editing the colors and lighting. I started liking the results, and I also proceeded to achieve the greatest possible sharpness to recover the details in the petals. Here are these rescued and revived photos; some have been rotated to horizontal format. |
