More Life Will Be Safe If Government In Africa Is Responsible

Hi guys, today i was sad because of the inresponsible government we have in Nigeria and other part of Africa.
On may way to work, i saw a man struggling to stay alive , i saw him on the floor almost loosing his life. I think about helping him. But i quick remember that if i try to help him, the police may say i kill the young man.
