Cooking in remote places is easy...Maybe basic is a better word. We're limited to a fire, or a small gas stove, only a few utensils and basic food. It's rewarding though, and there's nothing quite look searing some meat on an open fire, or cooking up some damper *bread) in cast iron camp over directly on the coals. Add in some coffee brewed in the billy can and you've got yourself a pretty decent meal.
I see Billy makes a surprising return.
