This is indeed true.

In order to please women, men made ever more advanced machines and civilization which has resulted in cities with tons of polluting cars. If it weren't for man, none of this would have happened.

Women would still be living in grass huts and burning wood for warmth... which would actually be more harmful to the environment. (if the population numbers and density were the same)
