Hello! My Steemit family! I hope you all will be fine and doing well. I am going to share with you an amazing story of potatoes. My only son loves to eat potatoes. He eats French fries everyday. He likes almost all the recipes of potatoes. Yesterday he said to me that he is craving for potatoes but he wants potatoes in some new and exciting form instead of French fries or chips. I was so tired of household chores so I decided to get help from google so search for a new and exciting recipe. I viewed a recipe of "Bird's Nest" which I liked very much and I felt myself full of energy at once. So, I jumped from my bed and reached the kitchen to make this cozy, yummy recipe. My son liked it very much. He was so excited and said my Mom is the world's best Mom. The recipe is very simple and easy. We need three to four ingredients. You will love to eat these cozy nests. Let us start the recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Potatoes 1/2 Kg
2. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
3. Black/Red Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
4. Egg 1
5. Cheez A big piece

For Decoration

1. Bread Crumbs
2. Ketchup
3. Green Chilli Sauce

Cooking Directions:

1. First of all wash, peel and boil potatoes.
2. Mash the potatoes.
3. Add salt and black pepper into it.
4. Mix the ingredients well. Mixture should be a bit firm or thick to form nests.
5. Beat the egg well.
6. Make medium sized nests from mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll into bread crumbs.
7. Then shallow fry the nests.
8. Make small eggs from cheez and fry till golden.
9. Add some ketchup in nest or green chilli sauce.
10. Now place two to three chees eggs in nests.
11. Serve hot with curd or ketchup or any sauce you like.
