Achievement 1|| Introduction to Steemit

Hello Steemit Family.
Having summoned enough courage to make an introduction, even though it's been 2 weeks since an account was opened for me.
I am so glad to finally begin this wonderful journey of exhibiting talents and, of course, making money. I only hope to be acknowledged and accepted into the fold of talent and creativity.

ABOUT ME
My name is Favour Emmanuel.
I am an indigene of Akwa Ibom State, Uyo Local Government Area, Nigeria. I am from a family of 5; mum, dad, and three girls. I am the eldest. I am also a student of the prestigious University of Uyo. A 200-level student studying Medical Physiology.

HOBBIES

I love to write very much, quite contrary to my field of study, which needs more practical than theoretical.

I love to dance,even though I'm not sure how good I am in the activity but I enjoy doing it everyday atleast. I love playing Keyboard so much ,to me it's another way to explain poetry because that particular musical instrument touches the soul.

I also love to bake,the smell of butter and icing sugar is usually a great motivation. With all the curiosity in me,I'm sure am in the right place Cause I'd love nothing than to connect,explore and learn more from the very talented Steemians.

How I knew about steemit

Wherever I am once I hear anybody talk about writing,I am always so Interested. I learnt of steemit from my friends @imohmitch and @davidmarkgeorge who are also members of this platform. During one of our discussions,the talked of getting paid for writing and instantly I was interested and needed to know more.

I wasn't just interested because the platform pays but also because I love to be around people who are writers so I couldn't think of a better decision than to join immediately.That day an account was created for me and as earlier said,it took me 2 weeks to finally make this introduction post and there's no going back or stopping halfway at this point.

What I'll be posting on steemit
After making my post and loosing them to non profitable sites or means,I believe I have finally found a profitable platform not just for making money but meeting new people, connecting and acquiring more Knowledge. Of course Knowledge is power isn't it?
I eagerly look forward to sharing the little or big that I know with my fellow Steemians. I also promise to be an active creator whilst supporting my fellow writers through votes and comments.

I also look forward to sharing about culture, food, literature, places, and other interesting topics. I humbly ask for support by following me @favewrites to share in the interesting content I will, by God's grace drop here.
