Hello amazing Steemians, I am extremely excited to be finally here. Being a part of this wonderful community is amazing, and I can't wait to meet amazing people. On Steemit, my username is @akpanudo, but you may call me Edidiong Akpanudo.

That picture up there? It already says everything regarding how happy I am to be part of this fam 😊. To me, Steemit is not just a site, it's where I can share my stories, learn from others, spread the good energy, and even make someone smile (and yes, earn some money while doing it ).

A bit about me: I'm from Etim Ekpo LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, born to the family of Ime Thomas Akpanudo in Obong Ntak village. I don't enjoy negative energy and hate dull moments either.

I’m passionate about business and always curious about opportunities that bring profit. At the moment, I’m fully into affiliate marketing, a bit of forex trading and I’d be glad to share my journey here—the good, the bad, and everything in between. Aside from business, music is another big part of me. Whether it’s playing instruments, listening to songs and scoring them, it's always amazing. Music brings calmness to the soul.

Picking up with all of you honestly feels like one of the better choices I've made this year. I'm already looking forward to growing, sharing, learning, and connecting with all of you. Cheers to good vibes, good interactions, and constant learning.

EDUCATION

I'm a graduate from the prestigious Department of Science Education ( Chemistry Education programme), Faculty of Education, Akwa Ibom State University. I'm currently waiting to be among the list of those who are eligible to serve as a youth service corps member. Though the waiting period hasn't been really smooth, I appreciate the little beginning.

The only reason I chose this profession was to keep people informed. Being a teacher can be taxing sometimes, but without them, I wouldn't have been able to understand what I am typing. That's why it is called a "noble profession".

HOBBIES

I love listening to music especially gospel songs. As a sound technician, I enveloped myself with much musical knowledge within my reach. Although sometimes it seems pretty stressful, I love acquiring knowledge. Also, I love watching wildlife documentaries, nature inspires me a lot 🤗

I also enjoy making people laugh. I was never going to skip this one. 😂😂😂

WHY I JOINED STEEMIT

I finished school about 1 year ago, and believe me when I say life in Nigeria is like being on a war front, I call it survival of the fittest. About 5 months ago, when I first heard of Steemit, I didn't give much thought to it. Now, looking back, I can only imagine what I could have achieved if I had joined earlier.

What drew me in is very elementary: I see Steemit as a rich soil with so much potential, a rich ground where efforts are rewarded. When the soil is already rich, all that is left is to sow, to nurture, and then plant later on. That is what I'm here for; to plant my seeds of dependability and wait for what will sprout.

Yes, financially is one of the reasons why I was so encouraged to take this step at last, but aside from that, I'm here for learning, sharing, and enjoying the experience. I believe in sharing positive energy, and being a good vibes person myself, I'm thrilled to discover and share the same here ❤️‍

MY LIKES AND DISLIKES

Life is just one, so I choose to live that one life positively. So definitely I love good vibes and creative knowledge shared. As I stated earlier, I love listening to music and also watching wildlife documentaries.

I dislike mockery a lot, it doesn't build a better community. I believe in helping others to grow rather than making a mockery of them.

Steemit has existed for a long time and will continue to exist and scale up exceedingly. But without the help of my cousin, I wouldn't have known this platform existed.
I sincerely want to appreciate @deportal, who has been my mentor, guidance, supportive friend, and so much more that I can't mention. Also, I would like to thank @edu-chemist for being a blessing to my mentor.
