My Palm fruit Nursery Ready For Transplanting

Hello, greetings from my end,it a beautiful day of family activities and the season is of advantage.
I will be sharing my experience of avoiding buying the young Palm trees for planting.

I have have come to understand the process of having good seedlings for planting of palms fruit trees apart from buying them which a times cost me much money. So I go around the plantation and pick those seeds that are good ones, select the good seeds and take it home,dry them under the sun, after doing that, keep them in an open place were air is touching them. After that during the beginning of the rainy season,I looked for a good loamy soil, clear the whole place ,set a net around it,spray chemicals to avoid insect , after a full one day,I bring out the seedlings and put them into the basin,put water, i allowed the water to sock it well, after i removed it to the nursery point.

I did it during the last week of March, that approaches April which good rain is falling. I spread them on the loamy soil and cut palms tress leaves and cover the surface to avoid so much of rain,I will be checking time to time.

Looking at this,some one can testify,at least this will take me along way in this season's planning and planting.

The last set is still under control to make sure they will all mature for transplanting
