We have started the final irrigation of the corn fields.

Assalamu Alaikum,
The intense heat has started. The leaves of our corn plants are drooping due to lack of water. I have planned to irrigate one of our corn fields today. I woke up in the morning, brushed my teeth and had breakfast. I need to bring fuel (petrol) to run the machine. I brought 1.5 liters of petrol with my bike.

Engines and other equipment for irrigation

I assembled the engine and the accessories related to the engine. I took my younger brother with me and we took the machine on a bicycle and went a little further on the road, then we walked through the land. Now we have to set the machine with the water board. The board's socket is connected to the machine's pump with a tube so that air does not enter and there is no danger in lifting the water.

I started the engine and started the irrigation.

We set up a tubewell to draw water and tied a plastic pipe to the mouth of the machine and let it flow into the corn field. Now it was time to start the engine. I turned on the machine and started the irrigation work.

I don't have much work here. This land is quite flat and if you release the water in one place, the water will reach the entire land. I have to stay here because due to excessive vibration, there is leakage in the blocked area with the tube and there is a possibility of water going away. I sometimes apply mud to that area to stop the leak.

I have to go inside the corn field now, but if I go inside wearing a T-shirt, there is a possibility that I will get cut by the corn leaves. I went to the mango garden and brought a full slip shirt. I went inside wearing a shirt and had to carry water from one field to another. I cut the path between the two fields.

My work is done, now I just have to wait until the water is irrigated. I am observing the corn on the corn plant. Each plant has two ears, but from here on, one will be full and the other will be relatively small. I think we will have to wait for more than 1 month to harvest this corn.

My irrigation work is over as of today.

My irrigation was finished at noon. However, before the irrigation was finished, my machine ran out of fuel and stopped. Now I have to take the machine home. I gathered the small things and with them I returned home leaving the machine there. I am bringing my younger brother to bring the engine and I am coming home with the engine.

I took a shower in the afternoon and rested for some time. We have to spray a paddy field for the pest. I have hired a worker to spray it. I took the pesticide and bucket from home and went to the field. There is a worker there. I mixed the pesticide with water and he sprayed it. 6 tanks of pesticide mixed water will spray.

When I returned home, I saw my father harvesting garlic from our field. There was a lot of grass in the garlic field, and the grass was being cut while harvesting the garlic. Our garlic did not yield well this time, the size of the garlic was very small. Some garlic was being torn under the ground while harvesting.

My act of kindness to the goats raised at home

I brought grass from the garlic field and gave it to the goats. The goats fight when they are fed together, so I divided them into two so that they do not fight. The goats in our house have given birth to babies. These goats attack other goats more. I brought the goats and cows home by evening and finished my day's work.
