It’s so hard!! One thing I find helps is to drink a big glass of water when I’m craving sweets, it doesn’t always work but often it will take away my cravings!
Plus I always stop at the source, when I shop, I refuse to buy junk, using all my willpower there in the store (which sometimes leaves me scrounging around for old forgotten Halloween treats or some other junk 😂)
