Steem Memory Game: Report Generation Bug Issue

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today is the day of the Steem Memory game. Today we will play it and enjoy it.

Steem Memory is a simple and engaging game that challenges our intelligence. There are different types of cards here; they have to be matched in pairs, and we have to try to match these cards in the least amount of time and in the least amount of moves so that our score can increase. That's why I opened the Team Memory game and opened its daily challenges.

When you open its main interface, you will see two types of options here: one is a free challenge, and the other is a paid challenge. We will attempt the free challenge in its entirety. To get paid, you have to install a Steam account and play the game, and you also get a reward for it. There is no reward in the free challenge, so I am going to try the free channel for now.

As soon as I clicked on the free challenge button, a new interface opened up for me where my game would start, and all the cards appeared in front of me. I have to match all these cards at UPS. It takes less time to match, and the downs are mandatory; only then can I go to the top ranking.

As soon as the game started, I started matching and tried to increase my score.

Earlier, it used to be that when our game was completed, our score was generated. After it was generated, an image was created. After it was migrated, the result was commented under our official post. But for the last two times, this has been happening to me, so none of my results are being published. Whenever I play the game, the generating report comes up, and immediately after the generating report, this bug appears, due to which whatever result I have is not being counted.

Today is the 19th. I was having the same problem on the 19th as well. Before that, I played the game on the 17th, and even then, the same problem was occurring.

I thought that maybe my result would have gone up in the leaderboard, so my total score is 155., As soon as I opened my leaderboard, the third user had 1551, and above that, my result was in third place, which is not showing here.

After that, I opened the game history because the history also shows the day we played the game, its score, time, and date; everything is displayed. So I searched the history in the last 20 posts, but even in that, only one of my games was displayed, which I played on the 11th. Its score, time, and everything are displayed, but after that, I have tried the game five to six times, but no history of it is visible here.

Then I thought that maybe there was a problem while playing the game, there could be an internet issue, so why don't I try it again, so I played the free mode again in which I played the game twice again, but both times my result was not counted, neither the report was generated, nor was that result appearing in the leaderboard nor the history, as you can see below, once my score was 1398, the second time it was 1490, but both were not generated.

Our goal in playing this game is to get the highest possible score. When we get more practice, we will play the paid mode and earn rewards from there. But it is not counting our results anymore, so I want the developer to look into this matter and see what the problem is and why the report is not being generated.

If any game we play is not reported and we do not appear on the leaderboard, then we do not benefit from playing this game, so I appeal to the developer to think and update about this matter.
