It's me again Vannycarrie25 it has been a while about two months since I last posted in here because of the situation going on all over the country. But we pray this gets done God's will๐๐๐๐AMEN.
Today's talk allow me talk about Self_love๐๐how do I understand self love???

Let me begin with how personally I understand self love bt your view may also be ๐ฏ% correct but let's begin with my view.
To me self love is not being selfishness but it's by nature that once in a while u gat to think about yourself and trust me every human has selflove that's why everyone has preferences, it's by nature that everyone has to put aside that private time for thereselves yesss people buy clothes because he or she loves herself or else some people would be moving naked but because of the strength of self love people embrance their desires. It's just that it differs in percentages. One may put it as her first priority while another it's not๐๐๐but we all have selflove at heart. For me it's selflove first because my smile matter coz i've been in alot that's y my smile is important
Yah trust me however tough the situation i smile๐ It may be my nature but i dont allow situation around me conquer me because i believe am a image of God and with God nothing is impossible. Because at the back of my medullar i believe everything ends it's just a matter of time.
The second question was What is self love??
Yes Self love id defined as love of oneself, regard of one's happiness. Like doing something that makes your cheeks lift up
According to research selflove has been conceptualized both as a human basic necessity and as a moral flaw. Meaning its a basic need everyone needs. Love begins within you inorder to spread it to other people around you๐๐๐๐๐๐.
its because of selflove that we are able to extend love and we get friends to chat with and share problems and happiness together๐๐๐๐.
Lastly How do u understand that u have selflove.
God created us humans not perfect in that we make mistakes bt the ability of making a mistake to a frnd and u say sorry is selflove like that forgiveness from the sorry is a relief from uโโโRepenting, sharing, praying for one another sooo tbey are many ways we practice selflove.
Having an inability and u accept it, is also selflove some even nickname themselves their inabilitiesโจ trust me no one will use your inability to weaken u because u already know that๐๐๐ let me give u an example i have a friend carol๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
She's very pretty but she gat this big forhead which we always joke about but she very much proud of it and loves it so much coz its now part of her soo u have to just learn how to live with everything thats self love๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
