Do you know what Mindfulness is all about?

Mindfulness is a state of metacognition, that is, when you act or speak, you are thinking about what you are doing, saying and feeling. In other words, it is a conscious state with receptivity to sensations.

For example:
When kneading a dough, I am aware of its texture, I feel its hot or cold temperature in my hands and I like to move and squeeze it while molding it.
