End of summer, start of study

 

It is summer time in Europe and every single day we wish to have some more warm days. It is one of the warmest year in compare to last few years. Actually when I hear that this time in south Europe it is still very hot and there are some wildfire in Spain, Portugal and it is more and more area of burned down fields, trees and everything looks like black ashes. It was in news that many people lost their lives but also some people who were firefighters. Due to the volume of fire and that the countries themselves are not able to fight and therefore, many countries from other European countries are coming for help.

In compare to south Europe and maybe due to being far in North, we have milder temperatures, also we have some rain, not much but it is enough to keep our trees, flowers and bushes green.

During last few weeks it is noticeable that the days are shorter, mornings when I usually get up it was sunny and blue sky and that was at 6AM, now the same time it is just starting to get lighter. When I see that I know that the summer is coming to end. The same time it is time for starting again University. Many my friends are not here because they are back to their home and I am really looking forward to start again our busy year.

It is interesting that even though we are busy with our work, study, projects we are still very happy. We love to come together in library and our projects. Somehow often we find ourselves late in the evening. I am glad that me and couple of my friends are sharing an apartment and we also can continue our evening with cooking, chatting. We are lucky that we have very good teachers, also due to availability via our internal computer system even if we have some questions we relatively quickly get support that we need. This time we start our second year and we were told that it will be a little bit more difficult. I still hope that I will get through well and looking forward for new year.
