Delighted to be part of an other family grooming and family bonding challenge through we can able to recognize the actual family conflicts and through negotiations can be resolved it successfully. That's my an an other active participation in this last challenge. Hopefully my views and experience will be meet the requirements of that challenge. I have chosen first task to justify because I am family oriented personality and living in joint family system since back seven years. So, I can better share my own experience to you all.

Do you believe in having expectations and setting boundaries in a relationship? Yes or no

Accordingly to my own experience and perspective, It's really easy to make relationships but the most difficult task or challenge for a single person to sustain it with patience, consistency, sincerity and yes responsibility to carry on relationship with successfully for a long time. The blood relationships can compromise but the materialistic relationships always need protocol and sacrifices.

Expectations always hurt because in this fast and advanced era , No one can understand your situation or can't have big heart to stand with you in your tough time. So that I would like to Yes, For making the environment peaceful and happy , Setting boundaries in relationships should be beneficial for both families. Always meet with happiness , give respect and move forward. Expectations always kill the emotions and break up the relationships.

Craft a debate or a real life story to buttress you point.

I am living in joint family system since back seven years ago. I am the elder one in my mother's in law home. Because my husband is the elder son of his family. We have two more youngest brothers of my husband. Both me and my husband sacrificed alot and still giving time, financial support, moral support to our brother in law's family and all members living with us. We didn't set boundaries because we love them and support them for the sake to maintain home peaceful and friendly environment and to strong family bonding.

But we were wrong to maintain this for long time because in relationships setting of boundaries is really important to your own privacy and peace of mind. The expectations always hurt because no one help you in your tough time everyone forget your sacrifices. That's really sad and real story but we are strong and matured and now set the boundaries but still save the relationships for the sake of home prosperity and peaceful environment.

Elaborate on the PROS (advantages) and CONS (disadvantages) of expectations and setting or not setting boundaries in relationships

Pro's	Con's
Family privacy maintain	Misunderstanding creates somehow
Mutual respect develop by justifying the clarity of what is acceptable or what is not	enforcement of boundaries is really a big challenge. That's not confirmed mutual agreement to consent on each things.
Enhance family bonding to maintain boundaries for meeting less but whenever meet, meet with happiness and love	Not engage in family conflicts resolutions because of limited gatherings.
Yes!! Main benefit is that setting boundaries reduce depression, over loaded expectations and health issues	People unaware the problems of their family members & can't immediate come to help

So accordingly to that analysis of pros and cons to set the boundaries in relationships. Setting boundaries is important now a days. Because we have left no more patience to bear each opposite reactions and have no time and big heart to stand with our relatives at thier tough time. For the Peace of mind and peaceful home environment , Setting boundaries should be great for long lasting successful relationships with mutual concerns.
