How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too Alhamdulillah Today I have come to participate in a great but necessary contest I would like to thank @ashkhan for organizing today's contest Today I have come to participate in an important contest Everyone needs to know this We will discuss about pain and how pain is created What kind of pain can we experience in our lives So we will end today's discussion with all the information Let's start friends.

First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.

Pain is something that we usually notice. As we age, we can feel our general aches and pains in our bodies. However, as we age, the physical performance of various organs of the body decreases, and due to the lack of full strength in the bones of the body, we can feel pain there. However, in some cases, we can feel obstacles even before we get old, and they happen to us suddenly.

In this case, when we experience sudden pain or sudden pain, we call it acute pain or we can cure such sudden pain by using various types of ointment sprays and since such pains come suddenly, we can feel its pain in our body for the first two to four to five days, but then it can be cured gradually due to medicine or by applying ointment.

However, in this case, we have to wait until the pain is completely cured and take medicine on time in a specific way, but in some cases of pain, we see that it is chronic but not long-lasting.

However, we can only define these long-term pains when the pain stays in our body for more than three or six months, and as a result, it becomes a cause of our discomfort. We can identify this type of pain as chronic pain. However, for such pains, we must consult a doctor, and we can get relief from this pain through various exercises, exams, and also various operations given by him.

In case of such pain, most of the home remedies or common medicines are not very useful. In this case, we must consult a doctor, and we need to know the painful areas through X-ray or thorough examination to know what is causing the pain. After determining the exact cause, we must choose the path of surgery or prescribed solution so that we can make full arrangements for recovery, and later, we have to make sure that this kind of pain does not return to our body again.

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.

If you look for patients with pain problems in the family, you will find several. For example, a few years ago, my mother was in a lot of pain after falling down the stairs. The doctor gave her some exercises for that pain, but since her body condition had deteriorated so much, she was not fit to exercise, so she was cured by taking appropriate medicine.

However, there is no reason why pain should only occur due to falling or sudden and unexpected pain. Some pains are caused by our own needs, or these pains are necessary for us. For example, due to a cesarean section, our body feels a lot of pain, and with age, the pains become more severe, as happened to me, and since this cesarean section, I have felt neck and back pain. This may be spinal pain, which is very common sometimes, especially in winter. To cure this pain, I have learned a certain amount of exercises from the post mentioned today and by following them, I have been cured to some extent and I have felt relief even for a short time which is really memorable and we should do this regularly every day i.e. if we can do these exercises 8 to 10 times in the morning and afternoon then we will be able to feel some relief from the pain.

It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.

To make today's treatment video, I decided to do my own exercise, and for this, first, I sat in a vacant place and straightened my spine. I took a thick, small toweland folded it roughly. Then I first held it with both hands and took it behind the neck, and I first pulled it from the left side from the slope to the back and pressed it in a curved manner.. Then I first held it with both hands and took it behind the neck, and I first pulled it from the left side from the slope to the back and pressed it in a curved manner. Then I put it on the right side of the cheek and again pulled the towel and pressed it forward like this I did five to 10 times I will determine it according to my time then I held it behind the weight and moved my head up and down a little I also liked it very much then again I used the previous method five to ten times and then I sat

Task 1 (0.75/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, and its types. But it would be better if you add the pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathology or you can say pathophysiology of both types, you have to read the question carefully before answering. You can add a bit more explanation about acute and chronic pain.
Task 2 (1.75/2.5)Yes, it's easy to find any patient in the family. That's sad she didn't perform exercise, but the good thing is she was cured by taking medication. I didn't ask for general incidents or history, it would be better to write a proper history of any patient, or if you suffer from any pain.
Task 3 (2/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions. You performed the exercise of neck but you didn't perform right as you don't have to move your body with your neck just move your neck and press against towel to stretch and there were other 2 stretches in the exercise and you didn't perform them. Its necessary to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts, but try to rehearsal the exercise once or twice before recording.
