I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. I will be participating in a great engagement challenge today. The theme of the engagement challenge is "SLC-S24/W6 - Powerful Debate | Yes or no/ pros and cons". So let's get started.

task 3 :

Communication and Conflict

Conflict is reduced in any relationship through communication. Whenever there is a conflict in our relationship, we try to resolve the conflict through conversation. Only communication can resolve the conflict and strengthen the relationship. If we do not communicate with each other, then how will a conflict be resolved. To keep a relationship healthy, we must have conversation or communication.

If there is a conflict between two relationships, but it is not resolved through discussion, that is, through communication, then the relationship will definitely end. Therefore, if there is a conflict, it should definitely be resolved through proper communication.

Honesty is the Best Policy

Honesty is the best policy in every relationship. This practice should be adopted. If you live honestly, you never fail. Everyone trusts honest people. I think that to strengthen a relationship and gain the trust of the other, one must have an honest relationship. I am referring to our husband-wife relationship.

The key to a strong relationship between a husband and wife is honesty. We are always honest with each other, so we have trust in each other.

I have been married for almost 11 years, so far I have not made any false claims with my husband due to which my husband will distrust me. Wherever I go, I share everything honestly with my husband. The understanding between us is very good and we solve our problems through conversation.

I have been married for 11 years but I have not had any children yet. My in-laws still respect me because I maintain every relationship with them honestly. In today's era, even though I have not had children for so many years, it causes a lot of trouble for girls, but because I live an honest life, my husband still loves me as before. Due to my honesty and responsibility, I am still able to live a happy married life without having children. Because there are some people around who use various slanderous words to the husband without the wife's knowledge.

A: Craft a debate or a real life story to buttress you point.

A girl finds it very difficult to adapt to everything in her in-laws' house for the first time after marriage. It was the same in my case, but I always tried to be truthful with my husband.

I still remember that after 2 years of marriage, my mother-in-law and I had a disagreement over an issue. Here I will tell you that I got married to my husband after having a relationship. We were in a relationship for about three years. Our relationship was based on complete honesty and trust, which led to our marriage.

This makes my husband always trust me for my honesty. However, my husband was busy with work most of the time. The day there was a problem between me and my mother-in-law, I realized that my mother-in-law would definitely say various unreasonable things about me to her son. But I also knew that my husband knew this and I would never lie to him.

That's exactly what happened, when my husband came home at night and sat down to eat, right then my mother-in-law would say various unreasonable things about me. Then my husband also called me from the room and told me all the things he said in front of my mother-in-law and asked me if I had done those things. But I told my words honestly. Then my husband went to his mother's room without telling me anything and explained it to her mother.

Actually, after listening to me, my husband also realized that his mother could not accept me yet. The first reason for this is that we got married in a relationship. But that day, my mother-in-law understood from her son's behavior that there is unwavering honesty and trust in our husband-wife relationship. Since then, until today, almost 11 years of marriage, there has been no major problem between me and my mother-in-law that has reached my husband's ears.

Honesty creates a place of trust in a relationship. Living an honest life reduces unrest in the family. If both parties in the relationship understand that they are both everything, then that relationship remains intact throughout life and respects each other. If there is honesty in two relationships, a third party can never ruin that relationship. So I think it is very important to have honesty in our lives.

cons

I have already said that both parties in a relationship have to be honest. If one is honest and the other is not, then the one who is truthful has to suffer in many situations. Many third parties usually suffer when they tell the truth in a conflict.

So I think if everyone lives their life on the right path then there will be happy moments in life and relationships.

Conclusion

Through this engagement challenge I have shared my life experience. But I believe that if there is honesty in every relationship, that relationship will never be easily destroyed and a third party cannot come and create any trouble easily.Currently, the lack of honesty in the relationship between husband and wife is causing the breakdown of the relationship between husband and wife for the benefit of other family members. This was my presentation today, thank you all.
