Hello my steemit friends i love writing and sharing my thoughts is something i enjoy a lot. Today I am very happy to join this fun contest about nighttime food cravings. I hope you will enjoy reading about my late-night food stories.
Tell us at what time you usually start craving a late-night bite. Is it a sweet craving or a savory craving or does it depend on your mood?
I usually start craving food after 11:00 PM. This happens mostly when I am watching a drama scrolling my phone or studying at night. Sometimes i feels hungry and sometimes it is just my mouth that wants to taste something. My craving depends on my mood. If I am happy i wants to eat sweet things like chocolates mango or biscuits. If i am tired or stressed i liked to eat savory things like noodles boiled eggs or chips. So my mood decides what i wants to eat at night.
Do you try to give in or try to resist your craving? What is your immediate thought?
Most of the times i try to resist but in the end i gives in. My first thought is always “I should not eat now it is too lates.” But then i feels likes “Just a little bit won’t hurt.” 😅 So i quietly go to the kitchen and finds something to eat. Sometimes i drink water to stopped the craving but it doesn't always work. I think late night cravings are hard to controls when you're alone and awake at night.
Do you prefer making homemade healthy food or trying an instant snack?
It depends on how i feels at that moment. If i am lazy i just grab an instant snack liked a packet of chips a slice of cakes or cookies. But if i have energy and want to enjoy cooking i prepared some homemade food like an omelet toast or noodles. I enjoy cooking especially at nights when everything is peaceful. It gives me joy to eat something warm and fresh that i mades by myself.

My favorite late-night recipe is Cheese Egg Toast. It is simple quick and very tasty.
:- Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
1 egg
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 cheese slice
1 tablespoon oil or butter
Preparations Time: 7 to 10 minutes
:- Steps:
Heats a pan and add oil or butter.
Crack the egg and frys it with a pinch of salt and peppers.
Toast the bread in the same pan.
Place the fried egg on the breads and add a slice of cheese on top.
Covered the pan for 1 minute so the cheese melts.
Your hot and cheesy eggs toast is ready.
It tastes amazingt and keeps me full for the night.

Do you think having a late-night craving is healthy? How often do you get midnight cravings?
No i don’t think eating late at night is very healthy. Our body needs rest at night and eating can make the stomach work more. It can also caused weight gain and digestion problems. But sometimes it is hard to stopped yourself from eating when you are awakes and hungry. I gets midnight cravings around 3 to 4 times a weeks. I try to keeps it under control by drinking water or eating fruits instead of junk food. Sometimes i skip the snacks if i know i had a heavy dinner.

Cheese Egg Toast এর রেসিপিটা দারুণ লাগলো,সহজ, ঝটপট আর মজার! আমি নিজেও এটা ট্রাই করতে চাই। আর ছবি গুলো দেখেও খিদে পেয়ে গেলো যেন! আপনি যেভাবে ব্যালান্স রাখার চেষ্টা করেন,কখনো পানি খেয়ে, কখনো হালকা খাবার খেয়ে, সেটা প্রশংসনীয়।
