A Woman is a unique Individual, she effortlessly Her ability to manage a home and her career effortlessly is a testament to her strength, resilience and endurance. They won't be a Society today without Women in it. A Career Woman is one who does her Job and still caters for her Family.

A Woman has the ability to multitask, which is taking care of the home and handling her Career. In my own opinion, a Woman should be judged for pursuing her dreams and passion at the expense of their own children. I'm a strong advocate that Women should work and earn their own money, chase their passions and dreams but they can create a healthy balance between Work and Family. I have seen several successful Women, including my mom who effortlessly took care of their home and also strives well in their workplace. So a mother should be judged for neglecting her Children because she can balance taking care of her children and still strive in her Career.

To me a "Perfect Mom is a mother who takes care of her household and Children and strives in her Career. Any woman who doesn't fit in into this Definition is not a Perfect Mom. A Woman who devotes all her time to Work and Neglects the Emotional and Physical needs of her children is not worthy to be called a perfect Mom. Is not just about bringing forth children to the World, is all about nurturing them into the individuals the World will be proud of and this is why as a Career Woman, it is important to plan ahead before you give birth to Children inorder not to be found wanting In the two most important aspects of our lives, which is Striving in Career and Nurturing a child.

To me, the perfect definition of a good mother is a Woman who cares and nurtures her Children, and at the same time Work very hard to build a good future for her Children. A good mother is a source of inspiration and a role Model to her Children which she shows by her ability to strike a balance between her home and work. She teaches her Children the power of hardwork and strength. A good mother shows unconditional love for her children by being part of their everyday life. This she shows by being there mentally, Physically and emotionally for her Children while pursuing her dreams and Career.
