The Diary Game: |01/10/2025| Being Celebrated By The Chairman Uyo Branch Of Marketers

I was hosted by the chairman of Uyo Marketers Committee today and it was really refreshing. I felt honoured and special today because tell me why of all the marketers in Uyo, I was the one that was choose to be celebrated. I know I have put in so much work but then, I still have people in the field that are doing very much better.

The picture up there is a memorable one and I will always look back at it anytime I feel like giving up because If I can be celebrated once, then I can be celebrated more and more. I have this conviction and for so many reasons, I find it more satisfying being awarded for my exceptional service to the marketing community in Uyo LGA.

Sometimes, you just have to do what others aren't doing and be so good at it that you can't be ignored even in the corridor of powers. I learnt that from my Head Of Operation when I joined the marketing community and this has kept me going for a while and till eternity.

After the morning party, I went back home and changed up then I went straight to supplying my customers because they had been calling me countless times to bring goods to them. I am that versatile that even if I awarded this morning, I won't rest, I have to always appear in my place of assignment.

I went to my customer's shop just closed to my house and supplied her because she was the first person that called me this morning to ask for the products. When I supplied her, I stood there and took a picture.

In the afternoon, when it was approaching evening, I went and met my fellow marketers resting, I took a selfie while they were in the background. They were still doing their supply rounds while I was done with mine. I had supplied all the goods that was assigned to me today and was heading back to the warehouse with my driver.

When we got to the warehouse, I called my boss to tell him I was back then I tipped my driver and signed out for today then I went back home because I was hungry, throughout that afternoon, I couldn't even eat my lunch.

When I got back home, I took a refreshing bath and went to my kitchen to cook jollof rice with egg. I have not had much time to cook nice meal like this but today, I decided to do so for myself because I deserve and I came back very early today from work.

After eating, I uploaded all the pictures to the headquarters site and then called some few friends to know if they were able to go to other locations. After the call, I came and login steemit where I voted and commented on people's posts before I wrote my diary and here is to a beautiful and awarding day.
