Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I am here to participate in the Steemit Learning Challenge Session-25 Week-1 competition.The topic for Steemit Learning Challenge Week 1 is making caramel pudding.Thank you, @m-fdo ma'am, for organizing such a new learning competition among us.I am very happy to have such a great learning competition because this competition teaches different types of dessert items.As part of this competition, today I made caramel pudding and am sharing it with you step by step. so let's start........

1 . Make the given recipe in detail with step by step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of the recipe.

Making Process:

  • First, I took 40 grams of sugar in a bowl to make caramel.Once the sugar is well heated, I add 2 tablespoons of water to it and stir well to make the pudding caramel.Once the caramel was ready, I poured it into the pudding bowl and left it to set well.

  • To make the pudding mixture, I first took a clean bowl and broke three eggs into it.I added 20 grams of sugar inside the egg.Then I mixed the eggs and sugar well to make a thin mixture.

  • Once the egg mixture was ready, I added 150 ml of liquid milk to it and mixed all the ingredients well to create a thin mixture.Then, I poured the egg and milk mixture through a strainer into the bowl of caramel that had been set beforehand.

  • I put a pan on the stove and added a cup of water.When the water became slightly warm, I placed the pudding bowl on top and steamed it for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes, I opened the lid of the pudding bowl and used a stick to check if the pudding was set properly.When the pudding was well set, I removed it from the stove.

  • Once the pudding was well set, I poured it into a bowl, cut it neatly with a knife, and served it.Alhamdulillah, finally my caramel pudding for today is beautifully prepared.Finally, I took a picture with my username and the date the pudding was made.

Yes, of course I ate the caramel pudding I made today and it was very delicious and fluffy.I have tasted this caramel pudding myself and have made and fed it to everyone in my family.I usually make a variety of new dessert items at home and feed my entire family.Today, the process of making this egg caramel pudding was very easy for me because I have made and eaten it many times before at home.My whole family enjoyed it and complimented me.It was as attractive to look at as it was delicious to eat.My younger sister in particular loves to eat different types of pudding, so I make and feed her different types of dessert items.

3 . Explain the specialty of caramel pudding.

The specialty of caramel pudding is its caramel topping and creami texture.It is usually made with milk, eggs, and sugar and topped with a caramel layer.This caramel topping gives the pudding a sweet flavor and a dark brown color.The main attraction of caramel pudding is the caramel layer on top.Caramel is made by heating sugar, which makes the pudding taste and look both attractive.Another specialty of caramel pudding is its creamy texture.This pudding, made with a mixture of milk and eggs, has a smooth and creamy texture.It seems to disappear as soon as you put it in your mouth.It is very soft and fluffy to eat.
