Today I am once again here with my favorite recipe chicken stuffed karela(bharwa karela) to participate in this contest which is organized by @ngoenyi. It is amazing contest ma'am. These ingredients I used for my favourite recipe.

I will be very happy to share my recipe with you step by step.
After reciting Bismillah, I started making my recipe. First I started peeling the karela. After peeling, I made small slices of it and cut some karela into two pieces. So ladies then I removed the seeds from the two-piece karela. Ladies I am telling you a unique method to remove the bitterness of the bitter gourds, I salted them for a while. Then I peeled the onions and chopped them.

So ladies , I washed the chicken and started applying some spices to the boneless chicken. I added hot spices, ground cumin powder, dried coriander powder, red chili flakes, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice. I mixed all of these well and left the chicken to marinate for almost one hour.
I washed the salted karela thoroughly and then dried them thoroughly with a clean cloth. After that I started frying my spices. Then I put the karahi on the stove and I poured Mamta cooking oil in it and waited for it to heat up. After the oil was hot, I added my chopped onion to it. I fried the onion for two to three minutes and then added the tomato cut into small slices. After frying the onions and tomatoes well, I added the sliced karela to them.
I mixed the bitter gourd well into it. And fried them for about five to six minutes. Then I started adding all my spices to it hot spice powder, Cumin powder, Red Chili Flakes, Red Chili, Salt and black pepper After frying for five to six minutes, the colour of the karela changed to light brown. Masha Allah, it smelled so good and the smell made my appetite even greater😋. This stuff from my bitter gourd recipe is ready.
The chicken has been marinating for about an hour. I took each piece of marinated chicken and dipped it in a bitter gourd. The custom of wrapping the curls with threads is very old, so now I have made it I sewed them together so they wouldn't fall down and they turned out beautifully, as you can see in the picture. In this step, I have stuffed all my karela with chicken in the same way.
My dear sisters then I used a frying pan and ghee to fry them. I put ghee in a frying pan and placed it on the stove. As soon as the ghee was hot, I started frying my stuffed karela. I fried them for about five minutes, their color turned light brown and our chicken was also fried at the same time. MashaAllah, you can see in the picture how beautiful and delicious they look. I fried bitter gourd in my entire pan like this.
Then I added my fried karela to my stuffing and mixed them well. Then I added half a cup of water to it and let it cook for five to six minutes so that if there is any deficiency in it, if anything is left raw, it is cooked well. Five minutes later, thank God, my dish is finally ready. Its fragrance had spread throughout our house. Then I served it with toasted bread.
