In questo numero del concorso presento la sequenza grafica del processo di costruzione della stanza principale di una casa unifamiliare nelle Isole Baleari. La differenza tra la prima e l'ultima fotografia è esattamente di un anno e otto giorni. Questo dettaglio della casa è stato realizzato nell'ambito del monitoraggio fotografico generale di alcune abitazioni bifamiliari costruite secondo lo standard “Passiv Haus”, con il quale si ottengono case energeticamente efficienti, con un consumo energetico prossimo allo zero.

In this issue of the contest I submit the graphic sequence of the construction process of the main room of a single-family house in the Balearic Islands. The difference between the first and the last photograph is exactly one year and eight days. This detail of the house was made in the framework of the general photographic monitoring of some semi-detached dwellings built according to the “Passive House” standard, with which energy efficient houses are achieved, with an energy consumption close to zero.
