This summer I chose to spend my holidays in Italy. I visited Florence and Venice, and these are my first words as I return to the Steemit network (yes, the coin’s price is still low and there aren’t many new features or quality improvements on this platform that has accompanied me for several years).

Florence is a beautiful and very welcoming city — a city with History and with many stories to tell.

• The streets are wonderful, some of them very narrow, allowing you to imagine what it would have been like to walk there in the 15th or 16th century.
• The food is delicious, the beer is good, the wine is very tempting, and the ice cream is a true treasure.
• The museums are a great calling card, as are the city’s monuments.
• The surrounding landscapes are simply stunning.
• And the people are very kind and friendly.

I can only recommend a visit!
