Mi ritrovo a domenica, la classica giornata festiva, anche se sono tante le categorie di lavoratori che prestano la loro opera anche in questo frangente, io ho lavorato per tanti anni la domenica, e pure nelle festività canoniche, è stato il lungo periodo in cui lavoravo nel mondo degli articoli sportivi, facevo degli stand di vendita direttamente alle gare podistiche, che tradizionalmente si disputavano quasi sempre la domenica mattina, oggi, al contrario, sono andato a camminare, giusto una quarantina di minuti, continuare a fare attività fisica ha tantissimi lati positivi, che rivestono importanza in ambiti molto diversi e disparati, ad esempio, ma proprio per dare un semplice riferimento, svolgo le mie pulizie delle scale con un'energia nettamente superiore, arrivo all'ultima scala del sabato, che rappresenta la mia ultima fatica della settimana, in cui spesso risalgo i gradini a due a due, per dire quanto sia in buona condizione generale, la continuità di esercizio fisico è fondamentale per ottenere questi miglioramenti, del resto sono molto vicino ormai ai sessanta anni, anche se non me li sento assolutamente addosso...

L'immagine di copertina, pomodori, ancora verdi, ma se arriva il bel tempo, con un po' di sole, diventeranno ben presto rossi, sono quelli dell'orto, sono già stato precettato, sotto un certo punto di vista, in quanto domani nel pomeriggio dovrò andare a fare dei lavoretti nel campo, nulla di particolarmente pesante o impegnativo, ma in ogni caso del tempo da passare all'aria aperta, con i pregi e i difetti del caso, pregi in quanto si respira dell'aria buona, perché sono in mezzo al verde, difetti perché si fa fatica, la schiena ne può risentire e altro ancora, ma in ogni caso sono cose che vanno fatte, per cui volente o nolente mi tocca, c'è ben poco da fare se non buon viso a cattiva sorte...

Bene, cari ragazzi e ragazze di Steemit, adesso devo andare, sono proprio felice di aver potuto mandare questo mio resoconto ben prima dell'ora di cena, tra poco devo andare da parenti, la linea internet da loro funziona ma fino a un certo punto, per cui, a scanso di equivoci, mi sono portato avanti con i miei lavori, e pubblico ora, quando una cosa è fatta, non è più da fare...
