This morning the owner of the place that we clean on Monday mornings gave us a little gift, a dwarf petunia plant, with this beautiful red flower, which, for a change, managed to jam the camera of my smartphone, it is a color that has always tended to create problems, don't ask me why as I don't know it, I simply know that it is like that...

Having said this, the very unpleasant surprise this morning was various pains, localized in the most disparate parts of my body, for example on the opposite side to my fall last Wednesday, but the point that is still creating me quite a few problems is my left wrist, a very strong pain, which has practically prevented me from rotating and most of my normal movements, to the point that the majority of tasks have been carried out by my right arm, with the aggravating circumstance that I am, to all intents and purposes, a left-handed person but one of those who always use their left hand when there is something to do, having to adapt to using the left hand preferentially if not exclusively when doing something, right wrist was quite difficult, almost embarrassing, because the difference in performance is quite significant...

Entering into this perspective of ideas, it was normal for me to have a slowdown in the execution of the most common works that I usually do, even if I must say that at the end of everything the actual loss of time was quite limited, roughly just a quarter of an hour, maybe even a little less, because by pushing with the right hand, he acquired a bit of speed and fluidity in the movements, the load should be balanced more, especially when there are no various pains in progress, but you know, when you are well you only think about working in the most linear and fast way possible...

Questa mattina il titolare del locale che puliamo il lunedì mattina ci ha fatto un piccolo regalo, una piantina di petunia nana, con questo bel fiore di colore rosso, che, tanto per cambiare, è riuscito a impallare la fotocamera del mio smartphone, è un colore che da sempre tende a creare delle problematiche, non chiedetemi il perché in quanto non lo conosco, so semplicemente che è così...

Fatta questa premessa, la sgraditissima sorpresa di questa mattina sono stati diversi dolori, localizzati nelle parti più disparate del mio corpo, ad esempio dalla parte opposta alla mia caduta di mercoledì scorso, ma il punto che a tutt'ora mi sta creando non pochi problemi è il polso sinistro, un fortissimo dolore, che mi ha praticamente impedito la rotazione e gran parte dei normali movimenti, al punto tale che la maggioranza dei compiti li ha svolti il mio braccio destro, con l'aggravante che io sono, a tutti gli effetti, un mancino ma di quelli che portano sempre avanti la sinistra quando c'è da fare qualcosa, doversi adattare a impiegare in via preferenziale se non esclusiva il polso destro è stato parecchio difficile, quasi imbarazzante, perché la differenza di prestazioni è parecchio rilevante...

Entrando in questa ottica di idee, è stato normale per me avere un rallentamento nell'esecuzione delle opere più comuni che svolgo abitualmente, anche se devo dire che alla fine di tutto quanto la perdita di tempo effettiva è stata abbastanza contenuta, a occhio e croce giusto un quarto d'ora, forse anche qualcosa di meno, perché a forza di spingere con la mano destra, un po' di rapidità e fluidità nei movimenti l'ha acquisita, bisognerebbe equilibrare maggiormente il carico, soprattutto quando non ci sono dolori vari in atto, ma si sa, quando si sta bene si pensa unicamente a lavorare nella maniera più lineare e veloce possibile...
