Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all?I hope you are all well. I am also well. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. I have been working with your community for quite some time. I post drawings and photography in the @steemindia community. But today I first thank @monz122 (ADMIN) who organized this wonderful contest. I am very happy to participate in this contest of @steemindia community. At the same time, I have joined this type of contest for the 1st time. So I'm a bit nervous. However, I am not a sociologist. Still I will try my best to give some suggestions and good tips for the betterment of the community following the proper rules of the contest.

Ideas I came up with to make my best community @steemindia better:

I think that in order to improve a community, sometimes several activities need to be carried out. So that other members in the community can participate in those activities with pleasure. All those activities include sometimes organizing various contests in the community. This will increase the number of active users of that community. Even if a small prize is offered, many members will gather to participate. This will spread the name of the community very easily. Also the participant will invite more of their friends to participate in the contest. Moreover, all types of skills of the members in the community should be given importance. Such as painting, photography, diary game etc. By doing this, the user will express interest in our community @steemindia.

My suggestions for improving my community :

If I want to improve my community, first of all, I should increase the support power of the community. In that case, all the members of the community, Admin, Moderator have to work together. General member and Admin, Moderator all should give full value to everyone's words if that word is considered. Moreover, every member should give some part of the income from his post to the curation account of his community after posting. For example, I am now a regular member of the @steemindia community. So I should give part of the income from my post to the curation account of this @steemindia community. In that case the strength of community curation account will increase and we all will get full support from our community curation account in that case which will be profitable for us.

Some tips for improving our community :

Although I know very little about it. Still, I'll give you some tips based on what I know.

• All members of the community, Modarator, Admin should be friendly with each other.

• Part of the earnings from the community should be transferred to the curation account of the community.

• In the community, contests should be organized on different topics from time to time according to the ability.

• If there is a small mistake by the general members, it should be noticed from the upper level and the instructional message should be conveyed to the person who made the mistake so that he can refrain from his wrong actions later.

• If a member in the community makes a rude or negative comment to another member, immediate action should be taken against him.

• All members of the community should be applauded for their skills through good comments.

• The person himself should say encouraging words through comments on other members' posts and support him for his work.

• Post contributors should not match the meaning of their post with any other member's post. That is, if there is any kind of trick, action should be taken against him immediately.

The two screenshots above show how they should support each other.If you manage the community keeping in mind the contents, there will be a possibility of getting external support (booming) along with active users. Because booming support is provided considering the quality of the community.

This post was about some suggestions, tips and my ideas for the betterment of the community. Although I am a very young user, I still posted about the content of the contest in my opinion. I hope you will like the post made for my contest. But if I have made any mistakes, please forgive me.
