Incredible India monthly contest of May by @sampabiswas | Emotional bonding with animals
Hello everyone. On this occasion I would like to participate in a contest held by @sampabiswas on "Incredible India monthly contest for the month of May by @sampabiswas | Emotional bond with animals." Continuing my previous entry, I would like to invite my friends @rossnenye , @josepha , and @bonaventure24 to participate in this contest.
My favorite animal — cat. Besides being independent, they are also very soft, responsive to human feelings and able to soothe just by being with us. I myself think animals besides humans can be adopted as your family — dogs, of course, but also cats and even birds. Though they cannot talk and use human language, they still have feelings and can respond with love and loyalty that is astounding.
The fact is, these animals can and do alter our pattern of living. A dog increases the probability of people being more active due to the dog walking. Cats are good for overcoming loneliness and reduce stress, a lot of studies show how your animal friends make us relaxed an some feel good hormones.
Animals can make us be less selfish and more caring, for many the person which makes the difference is an animal.
I remember the first time when I saw a cat (the stray one) and he was playing in front of my house, had this deep emotional moment with him. Initially he wasn't very friendly and would only come when hungry but then after a while he got used to me. When I was stressed at work the cat would sit on my feet like he was prescient I needed a pal. It wasn't until a week had passed and he returned home that I experienced the loss of him and cried crying when he stepped off the porch. An experience the most unforgettable that prove I am an emotional healer even with animals.
I was also blessed with animals on the streets. Though sounds crazy now but once my friends and I ever literally went out on walkies feeding stray puppies & cats across campus. One puppy in particular would always follow us wherever it saw us coming. I think from that experience, we as humans MUST help street animals since they are also living creatures who go hungry, cold and lonely.
It can make a big difference with things like small actions being, give them food and water or when they are injured taking them to the vet.
Right as animals (and humans) deserve proper medical attention. They can and will get sick or hurt. As a result, we need more affordable veterinary clinics in the city and free vaccinations for strays, and we have to start educating our fellow citizens regarding the significance of animal health.
¡Saludos amigo!🤗
