It's no news that everyone on planet Earth passed through a season known as childhood. This stage is one of the delicate parts in human development. It is said that the conscience of a person is developed or retarded at that point. So, is it true that children are replicas of the Almighty? Well, let's find out together.

For me, I see children as direct replicas of the Almighty. The reason is just clear as they come into the world with an innocent and pure heart. In the Holy Bible, a question was asked about entering the Kingdoms of God. The answer was that the person must be like a child. With this, we see the replica reflecting in their actions. Imagine offending a child and later the child moves on with the person who offended him or her. But, an adult will take it personal and at times make things look difficult to contain.

There are few important lessons a child must learn from his or her elders. Here are a few of them.

• Respect: This is one of the core values needed in society. It's essential for a child to be respectful to anyone older than him or her. This shows that the threshold of the society will wax stronger in good morals and values.
• Exposing them to the real world: We have seen situations whereby a child is pampered to a point that he or she becomes useless in the real world. Exposing the child to life in the real world will teach the child that life itself is a game. We have to play it regardless.
• Philosophy of the wise one: A wise man once made a statement that the greater inheritance you can leave to your children is philosophy not material things. This is why most family's value is diminishing. They never thought the child laid down secrets to succeed in the family. They only believed that handing possession to them will make them successful.

The home atmosphere is very in the development of a child. I was opportune to be with my neighbor's son. He insulted a woman behind her back. When I asked him why he did that act, he told me that it's a replay of what happens at home. While he was growing up, the sister did use hurtful and disrespectful words on him or anyone around. With that, he picked up that habit. From this, we'll realize that it will be hard to orientate the boy to learn to respect and disregard the old habits. That's why it's crucial to understand the atmosphere where you'll be raising your child.
