The Poor Little Cat
I was born in a jungle cat family, our family consists of 4 people, namely me (felis), my sister (katy), my brother (merry), and my mother (Jean), we live with our mother, why only mother?, because ... Our father always moves around looking for a partner, that's the instinct of a male cat, fortunately there are no men in our family, but being a female cat is also not easy, do you know why?, because a female cat who is pregnant is required to leave her family and start a new life with her children,
For now, sister merry and mother are always looking for food, my job is to take care of my sister, when my sister can run around later, my mother will tell me to help with her work, such as catching mice and hunting other animals, but actually I don't want to do that, I prefer to take care of myself, while mother and sister are away, I will lick my fur to keep it neat and beautiful, especially my brown bangs, I always tell my sister to lick it to always look beautiful, meanwhile I lick my shiny white fur and my long brown tail with white stripes,
My life it was really beautiful, until everything turned into a disaster, and here I am now, lost in the forest alone, it was all because of my little brother, they said to me "if you don't find your little brother, don't expect to be able to go home!!", I still remember how my mother scolded me, she was really angry and she even scratched me, while my sister could only stay silent watching me being treated like that, I don't understand, why can my mother be so cruel, isn't my little brother going to come back, he definitely will, besides who would want to eat that useless little ugly cat, because of him I have to starve, I haven't even eaten when my mother kicked me out of the house,
I kept walking, suddenly I saw a grasshopper jumping around in the leaves, I chased it and tried to catch it with my mouth but it avoided me, I kept chasing it and it kept jumping around avoiding me, I was annoyed, this hunger really tortured me and I gave up,
I kept walking through this dirty and smelly forest, but wait.. something was strange, earlier I didn't smell this smell but, why is the smell getting stronger now, I tried to trace what smell this was with sniffing my surroundings, suddenly my eyes fell on a grasshopper that was standing right in front of me, I immediately devoured it, I was afraid that it would jump and I wouldn't be able to catch up, but wow, it didn't taste good, like something was wriggling on my tongue, I vomited it out, sure enough, dozens of maggots had swarmed the grasshopper, apparently I had eaten a dead grasshopper, suddenly the sound of a lion's roar echoed in the area where I was,
I ran, now I just remembered that this smell was the smell of adult lion urine, they always mark their territory with their urine, no wonder it smelled bad, suddenly, Waaaaaaaaaa, I suddenly braked my four legs, but byurr, I was already hit by river water, with great difficulty I tried to swim to the edge, I didn't know where I could swim from, the important thing was, I had to be able to save myself, I didn't know how much water had entered my mouth and nose, the strong current of the river was draining my energy, I couldn't take it anymore, oh my god, please, please don't take my life, I haven't apologized to my mother, I haven't found my siblings, blurbb, I'm drowning, I surrender, maybe God wants to punish me for my mistake towards my siblings, I closed my eyes, that's when I felt something wrapped around my stomach and pulled me up.
I opened my eyes slowly, my head was still a little dizzy, it felt like water had filled my body, suddenly I heard something,
"Wake up, come on wake up..", it was like the voice of a male cat, I opened my eyes and I saw a male cat in front of me, he was soaked and looked scared, but to me, he looked very handsome,
"Are you awake?",
"Yes", I said while smiling sweetly at him, he also smiled
"What are you doing here, this place is dangerous for a beautiful cat like you", he said, it felt like my life was floating high to the seventh heaven, and my heart was blooming,
"Earlier I saw a little cat here, he was caught by a hunter, he was taken by the hunter to the north, I tried to save him but I lost him", he said at length,
"Wait.. Does that little cat have eyes similar to mine?", I started to worry,
"Yes, his eyes are green like yours", he replied,
"Is his fur three-striped", I asked again
"Yes, do you know him?",
"He's my little brother", I said, I too crying, but cats can't cry, anyway I'm sad.
I went to look for him, of course not alone, but with the handsome cat, oh yeah, I don't know his name yet,
"What's your name?", I asked,
"My name is Rambo Sylvester Stallone", wow his name is really macho, like the Rambo who once played in that movie, not the Rambo in Upin Ipin, don't let it be that you guys think that.
"What's your name?", he asked,
"I'm Felicia Taylor Swift, just call me Felis", I said shyly, my name is cool too, like the name of that foreign singer with short hair.
"Oh yeah Felis, how did your little brother get to that place?", I was confused, if I explained, he would hate me, but I still had to explain to Rambo,
"At that time, my little brother and I were fetching water from the river, but on the way home, he got away from me and ran towards the river, I looked for him here, but I couldn't find him", I said sadly,
"Don't be sad, you're ugly when you're sad", he said, it felt like my life that was in the seventh heaven was immediately slammed to the ground, and my bones broke in two, He laughed seeing my furious face,
"I was just kidding Felis, so you wouldn't be sad anymore", he said in between his laughter, aah I felt nervous,
We laughed along the way, until finally we found the hunter's house which was still in the forest, suddenly someone came out of the house,
"Duck!", said Rambo while lowering my head which was peeking from behind the rock, we peeked again,
"Let's follow him", he said while pulling my front leg, we climbed to in his car quietly,
"What's our plan?", I whispered to Rambo,
"You look for your sister, I'll take care of this hunter", I nodded, I took a deep breath and,
"KATYYYY, WHERE ARE YOU??", I shouted
"Sis, I'm here", it seemed like his voice came from the trunk of the car, and I thought the human heard me scream, he turned and caught me, he put me in a cat cage,
"Hahaha", he laughed, his voice was very scary, but why wasn't Rambo caught too?, the hunter put my cage in the back seat
"Why weren't you caught too?", I asked in surprise,
"Hahaha, I trapped you Felis, do you think I'm that good?, do you think I'll help you?, my master told me to take you to him!", he replied, he smiled slyly, I really misunderstood, it turned out he was evil, but what could I do?, I could only cry throughout the journey,
Shortly after, the vehicle stopped, the hunter opened the car door and took out my cage and also took Katy out of there, I looked at Rambo in disappointment,
I was happy to have found Katy, but I was sad because I couldn't go home to the forest, the hunter took us to a place, in that place there were various animals, they were caged like us, after that the hunter locked us in a separate place,
"Brother..", Katy said to me,
"Calm down Kat, we'll go home to the forest, I promise, I won't leave you again", I said to her,
Suddenly a girl entered this place, it turned out she was the hunter's daughter, she noticed one one by one the cats here, suddenly his gaze was on me, he took me from the cage and carried me, I looked at my sister,
"I promise I'll get you out of here", the girl took me to her room, when she opened the door to her room, she found Rambo drinking milk,
"I told you to get out of here Rambo !!", she said then kicked Rambo's stomach which made Rambo bounce out of the room,
After playing for quite a while, this girl fell asleep, that's when I planned to run away, I went to the living room, but Rambo was there, he was staring at the rain through the window, I sympathized with him,
"You can come with us to the forest", I invited him, he turned his head,
"I don't need to be pitied!", he was angry,
"Okay, if you change your mind, I'm in a place where the animals are caged", I went out through the cat door and through the rain,
"KATYY .... where are you", Katy replied,
"I'm here sis", I rushed there, it turned out he was upstairs, I didn't can reach it, I tried to climb but I always fell, Kriiiiing, the loud noise made the cage door open by itself, all the animals scrambled to get out of there, my little brother jumped out of his cage and immediately hugged me, among the animals running out, I saw Rambo, he was standing there, he looked at me then smiled at me,
I approached him,
"So you will come with us",
"No, but I promise to help you, get out of here", we got into the hunter's car, and hid in the back seat, when we arrived in the forest, we got out of the car,
"Now you're home, take good care of yourself Felis", said Rambo,
"Please come with us", Rambo thought for a moment,
"Sorry, forest life is not suitable for cats who have smell problems like me", he said, actually I just found out that he had a problem with his nose but what he said was true,
"Take good care of yourself Rambo", said Katy, Rambo returned to the car while my little brother and I returned home, on my adventure this time, I learned an important lesson, namely Family is more important than anything, family is a shelter from threats in the outside world, and I am happy because my family can be whole again.
