In my opinion, disability means a person who is slightly different from the rest of the general population, whether it is mental or physical.The only difference is that if the human body is working 100 percent, their body is working 80 percent because being mentally unstable means that your mind is not working properly and something that happens to you physically is damaged. For example, if I have seen that some people are not able to hear properly, if they cannot hear, their eyesight is very good to see them. And if there is someone who is not able to see, their sense of hearing is much higher than that of ordinary people. So the disability that exists is a disability when you take it into yourself. And I will call such people special and strong because they are receiving special treatment, people love them and they are also very strong. I have seen the strength in all the people with disabilities that I have seen.I saw a strength in them, a passion to do something. There are so many people who are weak and worried about their work. I have not seen them giving up on their lives. When we are healthy people, we are afraid of life. We sometimes think that we do not know what this life will take away from us. Or we are afraid. But when I see them living their lives without fear, in my eyes, whatever disability they have is not that big for them.

When it comes to disability issue, no one measures whether it is physical or mental. Both are quite challenging and very difficult. You cannot live a normal life like others. First of all, the biggest reason for disability in Pakistan is cousin marriage because people here mostly marry their relatives and according to a study, it was found that this is the reason why there are more children in Pakistan. And if I tell you, believe me, there are many families in our street who have married cousins and their children are disabled, if not mentally, then definitely physically.
And this is a topic that, when discussed, sparks a long debate because if we talk about mental disability, I think it is very important for your mind to be healthy. Only when your mind is working can you understand everything. Weakness of the mind is the worst thing because if your mind itself is not working, then you do not have the ability to understand anything. I remember that living with such an ability is very difficult because I have seen this case. My neighbor, who is also our landlord, has a daughter who is about 21 years old, but her mind is less than that of a two-year-old child. Her mind does not work, the doctor says, and she is suffering from mental illness and physical illness. And then it is seen that her mind is that of a child so young that at the age . And her brain is so small that at this age the child cannot even chew food. His mother makes thin food and puts it in his mouth. She can only swallow it. Shr cannot even get it out properly. There are two types of cases with her mental or physical both disability. But when I see that the woman who lives in front of our house her daughter is perfectly fine mentally but her hands and feet are paralyzed. She has been understanding everything but is unable to do it. I don't understand whose life is more challenging. But when I think about this girl whose brain is not working, she cannot even chew food. She cannot even blow away a fly sitting on her mouth. I feel more like she has a disability.

Disability is neither a lie nor something that can be easily solved. It is a huge issue that we have to face. If a physically disabled person comes to our house or is born in our house, then the first thing is that you need to gather courage because now you should think that you need to take care of him. The more love you give him, the more motivated he will be, the more he will understand this. Because when a person has a disability, the first thing he is, he gets worried after seeing himself and then he understands how different the world is going to be for me. They scare him with such things and give him a lot of stress that he ends his life. And in this situation, only love can help them. I say this: every relationship in life runs on love and you can motivate anyone with your love and you can also break them with your love.And such patients are called special because they are the different from other in such cases, they become very sensitive. Everything you say anywhere affects them, so it is better that you only talk positively to them, talk good things to them, motivate them, and do not say things that are too sensitive to them and that they will lost the hope of life.
